A morning to relax, refresh, and enjoy some "me" time!
Learn the principles and practices of the Serenity Playbook with Susan. The tips and techniques will help you minimize stress when life takes you for a ride (which it oftimes does!) There will be time for examples and Q&A.
We will kick off with how to "Defend Your Happy Place" with Pat because Laughter can be the best Medicine!
What to Bring:
Your Serenity Journal or a notebook
A guest or two. (If you finish the Serenity Quest mini-course by Oct. 3, you can bring a guest for FREE). Otherwise, guests can attend for $10. Guests will receive a Serenity Journal as a bonus but check out the Limited Time Offer below. Let me know and they can save an additional $10!
